I had a driver break down in Leland, MS. I searched for repair shop on Google. I found Spain To Maine. I searched reviews and saw good ratings and gave him a call. He came right out, assessed the problem and immediately went into action. As truckers we expect to get prices quadrupled on us on the road. No sir, Not Frank. He is fair and fast and does quality work. He even sent videos updating on the progress. 2019 freightliner cascadia pully broke off tore entire fan hub assembly destroyed the radiator. He exceeded all expectations. T R Banks Logistics out of Memphis, TN definitely recommend using them.

I had a very bad experience with this repair shop. The price was changed multiple times after my truck was already in their garage and partially disassembled. Initially, we discussed a much lower total price, but once my truck could not be moved, new charges and excuses kept appearing. I paid over $5,000 in total under pressure, with no written estimate provided before the work started. Mileage and extra labor charges were added after the fact. The seller strongly insisted that payment be made through PayPal. Later, when issues arose, this left me with very limited options to dispute the charges. The repair itself was completed, but the lack of transparency, constantly changing prices, pressure to pay, and payment handling made this experience very unprofessional. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing before using this shop.
