I usually don't post but I have to warn anybody of doing buisness with this company. The owner's wife is rude and unprofessional. Had a Service guy to come out and check my ac only to try and up sell me on buying an entire new unit. He told me my wires on the unit were all crossed up which threw up a red flag. I've never had an issue with these units about wiring. So I told him I'm getting my ladder to go up to see what he was referring to. Upon saying that he immediately said I've already fixed the wiring. Which was a lie. Then I heard a loud boom from one of my units. He had blown up one of my motors on the units. I had Warren another hvac company to service and fix it with no problem and replace what Bowlin Heating and Air blew up. Not only that Bowlin Heating and Air still sent a bill saying I owed for a service call fee. I hope this helps someone before making the mistake in calling this company for service.
