We had an appliance that gave us considerable trouble . Chet and his team were very helpful and chased it out for us . Even tho it took them a lot of chasing down with the warranty and manufacturer . They took it on and do such a good job. Thank you !!!
Easy to deal with! I called in because my dryer was not heating properly and their tech was fantastic wasn’t trying to hard sell me on any expensive services or trying to sell me a new one. Instead offered up suggestions and tips I could try to get me up and going again. 10/10 customer service!
I do love Southwest appliances. I love our appliances we have bought from them and have bought replacement appliances through them. Their front staff is courteous, kind and helpful.
I have one issue, that does not deter me away from SW appliance but their repair guy/contractor. I had a light go out on my fridge. I did the research. I found my manual. I went and found the part number. I could have easily bought the part on Amazon. I like to support local business so I gave SW a call and they referred me to their repair guy. I gave him all the info, model number, serial number and even the part number that I needed since I had already figured it out. I JUST NEEDED THE PART. He insisted on coming by to check the fridge. Well, scheduled an appointment for what I thought was just to bring me the part. They came in, with part already, I showed them the light, and we swapped it out and said our goodbyes. They weren’t even in my home for 2 minutes and I get billed a $35 service charge. I just needed the part. Sure, I’d pay ya $10 for the inconvenience of your time, but all I wanted was the part. Next time, I’ll just buy the part online and do it myself and save me $35. It wasn’t worth the wait or time. I would have even came and picked up the part myself and they could have saved the gas.
Again, I do love SW appliances and I urge anyone in the Cedar City area to purchase their needs from SW appliance BUT, when it comes to a part or piece needing replacement, get the manual, find the part number, and order it yourself. Most amazon purchases have free returns, if it didn’t fix it, return it. If you have continued issues then the repair guy may be what you need? But in my case it wasn’t and was a waste of $35.
