At first I thought having the owner on site for my install was going to be a sort of “added bonus” to my install experience however I quickly came to realize that was not the case. Not only did he fail to measure the inside wall where my unit would be installed prior to having his crew starting to route power to the outside- he laughed and joked about how it would take his crew the rest of the day to reroute the power to the opposite side of my house. The exact kind of out of touch owner I hate to see. He made snide passing remarks about religious artifacts on my walls. He removed art from my walls and installed a remote for the unit- without asking or informing, and in a location both my husband and I agree doesn’t make sense because it’s across the room from the whole unit in the first place. All in all I really appreciated the hard work his crew put in- not just into installing my unit but for having to put up with a boss like that in an economy like this.

Quick service appointment scheduled and they showed up on time to fix my mini split. Kind and very knowledgeable with the patience to explain how and what they’re doing to repair the unit in a timely manner. I was impressed how cleanly they worked and kept the area tidy. The prices are fair without any hidden charges. I ended up having them do a maintenance service and they were very willing to do it. I would highly recommend this family duo for any mini split issues or maintenance!
