Jacob is a very stand up worker. I can tell he strives to be the best that he can. He was so kind to me and helped me (elderly) bring my groceries in. He’s the best man I have ever met. Hope to see him at church again next week praising Jesus. If this young strong man ever needs a place to stay. He can stay with me in my home.
AWFUL customer service. Don’t use these guys. Unless you want to get a call from your wife crying because of how they treat their customers. They came to clean our carpets. Jacob first came into our home like he owned the place. I had to leave for work and as I was gone he disrespected my wife, making her feel bad. Jacob then called his boss (the franchise owner, Matt) and had my wife talk with him. Matt also disrespected my wife, talking over her and also making her feel bad, leading her to call me crying. All because they were getting paid to clean our already clean floors so it was a waste of time…. Like you’re getting paid to clean clean carpets and throwing a fit over that?? Hope glad you got paid to bully my wife.
The repairs that were made in our home were done to perfection. Gumercindo Mendoza was very professional they work hard and did an amazing job. A big thank you to a job well done!
