I am so disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for years but will not be renewing this year. I had a rodent in the attic when the "technician" came out he told my sister and I he was "setting a trap" he would be back in 2 weeks to check it. He did not come back, and it started to smell, so I called for him to come back. When he checked the trap he said the poison was gone, I said where is the rat? He said, "I don't know, we don't use capture traps due to liability". So now I have a dead rat in my attic, decomposing, smelling up my house and creating flies!!!! I was dumb founded. Had he told me that, I wouldn't have allowed the trap. So its a liability to set a capture trap but not poison? I called for a manager, he was here about 15 minutes, took the trap from the attic, set it outside and said he will be back in 2 weeks, its been about a month and I haven't seen him. I called Friday to speak to a manager, was told I would get a call back that day, today is Monday afternoon and no call.....shocking!!! Please, for your sake, consider other options especially when dealing with rodents. What you might be saving each month, you end up giving back to someone else to fix the problem they created
