Southern Hearth

I have set up an appointment with this company a year ago for them to come out to my home to give me a quote on a natural wood burning insert. They came out and got measurements but never called back with a quote or anything. Just got what they needed and left. My wife just called them again a month ago to see if they could redeem themselves from last year. She talked to the receptionist/office lady to try and set up another appointment to get another quote. They said they would contact us with an appointment in a few days. A week goes by and no word from anyone. So my wife contacted them again to remind them of this quote we are trying to get, mind you we are trying to give them the business, and the receptionist said she was sorry and she would get another lady to call us back to get everything set up. Another week goes by and no word. At this point we are tired OF DOING THEIR JOB, so I guess they don’t need the money nor do they need great customer feed back. Instead they are getting this bad review. I hope the right person reads this review, because by the time they read this, it is far too late to think about trying to resolve the situation and to even build the relationship with this customer. Our business and money will be given to someone who actually wants it. We have been pushed to the side long enough.
