At Shappley Sew & Vac Inc you don't have to look any further to find the items the "big box stores" doesn't sell anymore or is unavailable. At Shappley's I was amazed and overjoyed to find vacuum bags that I thought were non-existence....and oh yes..I purchased them. At Shappley Sew & Vac Inc I rate them number #1 with a great attentive, customer service support!
What those ppl will not tell at the time of purchase is that you cannot return it. Store credit only. Now am stuck with xmas gift that was rejected. They said read the receipt...who does that? Do not shop there!
I just purchased my first embroidery machine from Shappley's last week! I made multiple trips and phone calls to the store before making my final decision about which machine was best for me. John was very helpful and patient, showing me different machines, how they operated, answering my questions and giving me his opinion about which machine would be best for me. I am very excited about the free classes that I can take and the warranty/service that they offer on their machines! I had a great experience!
