Super helpful salespeople! They will make all your plumbing and sprinkler dreams come true! Cody is a gem! π
I had an amazing experience with SouthWest Plumbing. I went with a couple of students to do a Job Shadowing experience that they agreed to do. Not only were they extremely professional, they went way above and beyond what they needed to do. Ryan Neilson was so friendly and so kind to the students. He took them through part of the store and warehouse and showed them around a little bit explaining what some parts were for and what the store was there for. He then put us in the care of one of his workers Kaydence (or however you spell her name). She was absolutely amazing. She took them on a tour and also allowed them to experience some of the work that they do there. She had a ton of professionalism and added not only education during the tour but also allowed the education to be fun and interesting. It is already hard enough to keep the attention of two eighth grade boys but she had them hooked and quietly paying attention. She allowed them to go down the tunnel that they send packages to be shipped but also allowed them to ride to conveyor belt safely. She showed them how to, and walked them through, packing a package to be delivered. She told them how the deliveries system works and also allowed them to see and step inside the back of a semi-truck they cleared the pallets from. Not only was I impressed with these two individuals but I was also impressed by the other workers there too. They got introduced to upper management as well as those working on the floor as well. Everyone there was so nice by introducing themselves and what they do but also allowing them to look around and learn. During the tour they also got ice cream and soda which they loved. They were able to look at all the backrooms and also got to look at the trucks they use to make deliveries. They were shown the show-room and the storefronts as well. At the end, Ryan took them into their office and "interviewed them." He didn't just do it quickly, but he took his time to look at the resumes that they made up and actually talk about what they had written down. He included them by asking questions, what they thought, whether they had any questions, or if they wanted to see anything else. It was very educational and both of the boys learned a lot and loved the experience they had. I am so very impressed with all they had to offer and their work environment.
Very nice. They have more stock of random supplies in the back so ask them where to find things and they'll take you back there. Let me buy individual stuff too (crimp connections) and pex by the foot, woot! variable number of crimp rings. Some things they're cheaper than home depot, some things not. Super nice "thank you and have a great day" type :)
