Eric was able to come out on a Sunday a couple hours after I made the initial call for an emergency service. He explained everything very thoroughly on what needed to be done and gave me the estimate before he started working. He was able to finish the repair fairly quickly and again explained very thoroughly what he replaced. He was awesome to work with!
Mr. Rooter is such a great company! Always great and fast service. Andrew came to help with a shower drain cleaning/ replacement. He was nice and friendly and explained to me how I could solve the issue of removing the drain in the future. We’ve used them before and will continue to in the future!
Couldn't have been a more pleasent man, Bladen was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He didn't even mind all my questions and explaining how the sewer clean out worked. The cost was way more than I anticipated but thats not a reflection on Bladen, it's Mr Rooter.
