Southeast Restoration

We are in the middle of a project with my dad’s house and I can’t say enough good things about Southeast Restoration! They have been extremely helpful in guiding us through this process, in working with our insurance company, with timely work schedules - I’m so impressed! Shakayla was phenomenal doing the mitigation and kept us updated daily ! We still have a ways to go in our process but I’m confident we are working with the best!!

I will be keeping them in my back pocket! My home had multiple issues but the biggest was my roof, they were able to repair it quickly and they kept in contact at every step. They worked with my insurance on my behalf to ensure all projects were approved and done correctly. I highly recommend them and I'm grateful that they were so helpful. Southeast Restoration was amazing helping me through whole process of getting my mother’s home repaired from hurricane Hellene. Not only did they manage the whole repair process but they worked with my insurance company to make sure they covered ALL expenses. This was amazing as the insurance company only wanted to pay out 34k and be done. Southeast dealt with them because I do not understand the insurance process and actual repairs came up to over 100k. They worked with insurance and got everything covered. They worked with me and insurance to go line by line to make sure we got everything that was due to pay everything. They also constantly kept me updated and informed on a weekly basis. It took us a year to complete everything but southeast never gave up. It would not have taken that long if not for insurance. I have nothing but the upmost respect and thanks for everything they did for me. They held my hand through the whole process with respect and professionalism. I just can’t say enough! Thank you! Patience. That was the one thing my wife and I struggled with the most while being displaced from our home for almost three years. From an over saturated oak tree with its root base above ground, to hurricane Helene and moving from one rental to the next. To top it off, every so many months, we would end up with a new claims adjuster who had to start from the beginning to see where their predecessor left off. My wife had to download the estimate software just to keep up with all of it. Thankfully, South East restoration was there to help us when and where we needed it most. Their diverse team fought for us over the phone, via email, even in person with a few claims adjusters. I felt the need to apologize for some of the flack they received at times but they weren’t phased by it. There was nothing that we dealt with that Southeast hasn’t already faced before. On the front lines of all this, was Ryan Mason. He was there when the oak tree hit our house and we were blessed to have him as our project manager again with the hurricane damage. Ryan showed us that this wasn’t just a job for him, he personally wanted us to be back in our home just as much as we did. Ryan and his team was thorough, timely and always efficient with their work. Even the folks southeast contracted with to work on our house had nothing but nice things to say about him. I cannot recommend Ryan Mason and Southeast Restoration enough for all the great work they’ve done. I also wanted to thank Kelsey at the office for her friendly communication and reminders about my bills!
