The technicians they sent are very kind and professional but I’ve been waiting months for my windows to be fixed and twice now they have sent the wrong ones. Kinda ridiculous if you ask me. Just doesn’t seem very organized.

I needed a basement window pane replaced, but after reaching out to several businesses, none could handle the job. Fortunately, I was referred to South End Glass. I explained the urgency, and they assured me they could take care of it. I dropped off the window late in the afternoon, and true to their word, it was ready the next day. Their service was prompt, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend them, and will absolutely use them again.

Went today to have a hard to replace piece of glass. She carefully copied my piece, took pictures of it and will call me with availability and price. I feel safe with their service. Anxiously awaiting call back.
