Gotten my Xbox Series X fixed from this specific person. It was running good for a couple months but end up not working at all. Went to a different IT store where they informed that not only has the port has 8 ripped pads on the connector but that the screw of the fan supposed to be inside and not on the outside of the console should’ve been red flag. Even though the part got replaced from this service , it seem that the job wasn’t professionally done just simply glue enough to operate . The serial number of my Xbox also isn’t on the back of its console as it should’ve been placed….. not sure how to go about it but just inform others. You pay what you get at the end of the day. If it’s cheap enough to do the service it’s probably at own risk of doing get a great quality.

1-Star Review Absolutely terrible experience. I was told my iPad would be ready at a certain time, but right before pickup, I got a text saying they didn’t even have the right color screen. I agreed to just go with whatever they had, even though that meant waiting longer. When I told them I was on my way, they still hadn’t started the repair. I ended up waiting at the store for another 20 minutes after being told it would be “five more minutes.” When I finally got it back, the screen had tape on it, glue was smeared all over the iPad, and it was still wet. Once I got home, I noticed a large black mark under the screen, and the home button didn’t work at all. I had to take it to a proper service center, where they told me hot glue had likely been used and it would cost double to fix. I messaged him again, and he claimed there was a 30-day warranty—which he never mentioned before. When I asked for my money back, he just ignored me. Total lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and zero accountability. Avoid this place if you care about your device.

I had a damage Xbox Series X HDMI Port. Went calling around for a company that reliable and affordable to fix this minor damage for me without having to wait for two weeks. Was given an invoice as well a reasonable price that I wasn’t expecting for it to cost that much compare the other companies that have gave me a quote in the $200-$300 range. The cost of this getting repair was below the rate I previously paid for and I couldn’t be more relief. It was my first time using this company so it was the risk I knew I take either an L if it doesn’t successfully works throughly OR a win at the end. But the least I can say is “I tried” I end up taking the W, because this company really was clutch and the work has been having my system working as if it was brand new. The company even send me videos to prevent damage to occur again especially like this. Contact is responsive where I would received a text/call on the same day. Solid person as well. Satisfied with the work without a doubt. Take the use of this company before it get hella clout. Underrated and the person been repairing for a 7+ years.
