Installation of 2 exterior doors went well. 2 issues were found and Tay, Installation Manager, corrected both of them very quickly. Installation coordinator, Destiny, also did a fantastic job by keeping me informed in a very timely manner. I would also like to thank the whole team for being professional.
Recently contacted and requested multiple window contractors for a quote for window replacement. Window Nation of Louisville was one of them. Nik Ayers represented the company very well, and was very polite. Nik's presentation was thorough and easy to follow. He answered all of our questions. I would recommend calling Window Nation if interested in replacing your old windows.

We just had our windows and front door replaced. Our salesman did a great job, but what I want to accentuate about this review was the two gentlemen that handled installation. When the appointment was set to install the very nice customer service person gave me an arrival time but said I’d get a call confirming it that morning. I got the call and they arrived right on time. Vinnie was the man that spoke to me throughout installation, but they both were very hard workers. They installed 11 windows on two stories on day one. They worked from 8:30 until it was done after 6:00. They had told me from the beginning that the door would be installed on day 2. They returned on day 2 just as planned and knocked the door out by mid afternoon. We are very pleased with the job. The only thing I can complain about is now it is obvious the shutters look awful. I hadn’t realized how old and faded they looked until I saw them next to the new windows. Super people to work with.
