Groutsmith of Oklahoma City did a great job on our bathroom. Dillon repaired our 15 year old tiled BRIGHT WHITE bath/shower by removing faulty grout, replacing what was necessary, caulking, and cleaning mildew/mold stains. After all that he sealed it so it would remain beautiful even longer. We could hardly believe how good it looked... like brand new. And they were also great at rescheduling our service... due to circumstances beyond our control we needed to change our appointment; Angela had no problem getting new paperwork to us and setting us up for a new appointment within just a few days of our original date. The whole process was quick and efficient. A job well done!

Over the years I had performed some pretty intensive cleaning, grout, and caulk work on our 12 year-old walk-in shower, but couldn't manage to keep it looking as good as we wanted. We had issues with recurring mold and mildew - it finally got bad enough that my wife said we needed professional help - not us, our shower... A neighbor recommended The Groutsmith, who had done recent work for them. So, we scheduled an appointment. Dillon came to our home, inspected the area, evaluated what was needed, and told us what could be done. He took a few measurements, crunched the numbers, and gave us what I considered a reasonable estimate for the work. We signed a simple contract and scheduled a time. (NOTE: because of the existing moisture present in the grout, you will lose the use of your shower for a few days prior to workday. Ours needed to dry out for 4 days.) On workday, the job was completed as promised in the time allocated, with great results - deep cleaned, regrouted, and sealed. The photo shows the end result. (I considered BEFORE-AFTER pictures, but I would have been embarrassed to show how bad it looked BEFORE. Believe me, it was pretty ugly.) What I appreciated about The Groutsmith's work: of course, the end result, but also the fact that the initial inspection and the workday came about as scheduled - Dillon's reliable. I felt we were well informed on what he would do, how he would do it, and what it would look like at completion. When he was finished, there was no mess or trash to deal with. In fact, the only evidence that he had been here was a shower area that looked better than when we moved-in. Good work, y'all!

We are thrilled with the work Groutsmith did in our home. Dillon and Angela are the ultimate duo. Angela handled all our appointments, email quotes and our gazillion changes we did to our work orders with ease and professionalism. Dillon is a true craftsman who takes pride in a job well done. The work completed was cleaning and sealing the grout thru a large kitchen and eating area, 4 bathrooms re-caulking and some grout work, grout work around a stair and re-caulking around some sinks and toilets. My house looks new again! I highly recommend Dillon for his handy work. We are already making a list for them to come and do more work for us. We highly recommend this group of professionals.
