Pro Tip: whenever you are reading reviews, look at the number of reviews written to help you decide the authenticity of the review. This review is honest and accurate A LOT of things happened in the 5 months leading up to this review. It's important to know that this was an insurance claim story. Two Reps came out from Royal Storm Restoration Inc. on May 19th 2025 to inspect our roof and to sell us the vision of a new roof. Rep A promised us A LOT that he should not have. The sales practices were unethical. I am pretty sure Rep A was let go. This company felt that they were unable to honor everything that that Rep promised us in a voicemail, but I believe that they made their best attempt to fulfill our greatest concerns. I am sure this experience was a learning lesson for everyone involved. The experience was a roller-coaster ride, but I believe that can happen with any company. The job was completed on September 30, 2025 (a few weeks over 5 months). I'm happy to report that we have a beautiful new roof (minus our flat top over our connected garage) and our fascia boards were replaced. What you will like about working with this company is that they are friendly and the workers that come out on the day of service are fast, talented, kind and experienced. My favorite part of the whole thing are the workers who actually serviced the house. They go out and get the necessary permits from your city. They walked around the property afterwards to make sure everything was clean. They haul it all away. I would like to see this company grow. Ultimately, I feel that they have a lot of good qualities and intentions. However, They should improve their communication at every level, and make sure every leader involved is 100% aware of the entire scope of the project (even if it's not what they are on site to do) so that they can still answer questions. The communication was my least favorite part for many reasons. For example, the project manager for day1/roof day, didn't know of all the work we were approved for and he didn't know about the negotiations we all agreed to on signature day. They should also consider keeping a project manager onsite for the entire project. Our project manager was double booked so he was back-and-forth between jobs. I am sure it was to maximize earning potential and to take care of employees, but we had concerns throughout the project that we couldn't address because the hard working workers didn't speak English. Overall, the parts of the 5 month experience that we didn't like was in the back office stuff; everything that happens before the date of service and in between. We are practicing forgiveness by not going into all the details here because it is a happy ending. The job is done and it was done well enough. I am happy with the value they provided. Would I recommend this company? It would be entirely situational. I can't say yes. I can't say no. I am curious to see if communication gets better. For example, the roof was completed August 29th but then we waited til September 29th for the rest of the work to be finished and that spilled over into the 30th. In that month, we were waiting to hear back. That wasn't the best. BUT why you should give these guys a shot if you are reading this review: their prices may be unbeatable, they are fast and efficient, you could have a better experience, they tried their best, the workers are angels, they are getting better. To the owner of this company, I seriously hope you take great care of your workers. I hope that whatever it would have cost you to complete our flat roof goes to them. You did a great job in selecting your workers. They are phenomenal and carry the weight of this review and scored you 4 stars from us. I wish you continued growth in sales, performance, profits, and business relationships. I truly believe that your business only gets better. Pros *talented workers *friendly *good negotiations *great price Cons *communication *response time *sales (even though I believe they addressed Rep A) This review was not A.I. generated 🫶🏽
