I'm Kinda disappointed at the company's communication on when the work would be done ect.. no one ever set up appointments never called me back or emailed me back. Very unprofessional, the roif repair men scared my wife tremendously, We had no clue when they were coming, I honestly was in the process of hiring another roofing company when unexpectedly they showed up to fix the roof. Ask yourselves how you would like it if an Electrician Plumber or HVAC repair man showed up when you weren't home and you had no clue they were coming and walked into your house into your utility room or whatever and started working on your stuff. So far they did do a decent repair for a fare price.

We purchased a house with a roof under warranty by Smith Roofing. After the first leak started last winter, we called and were told nothing could be done until spring. I've called and spoke to a receptionist 5 times throughout the spring and summer. Every time I was told that a manager would call me back to schedule a roof inspection. It's now winter again and I haven't received a single phone call. We will be finding a more responsible company to fix our roof.
