Steve Marlenee has an excellent company! Probably the most professional contractor that we’ve ever worked with. They did an amazing job rescuing our back yard prepping for a fence installation. Tree removal, railroad ties removed, sod laid, and more. They put in a new bed with high-quality metal edging to plant native grasses and wildflowers. We love it! After the yard was done they put in a road base pad on the side of our driveway. We have 8 acres in Victor. It was heavily covered in dense brush to where you could hardly walk through it. Steven listened to my husband’s vision, took it and carved a beautiful, long driveway, just like an artist would carve a magnificent piece of art. He respected my husbands wishes, was easy for him to work with, not just in communicating but physically working side by side with him and has become more of a friend than a contractor. Steven did a great job contracting the installation of a fence around our acre of property. He went out of his way to make sure we were 100% happy with how the project turned out. He has a great attention to detail and leaves no stone unturned. My previous experience trying to find someone to run projects has been full of headaches and I am so grateful to now have Steven at Marlene LLC from here on out for future projects. Marlenee gave a reasonable quote and got us in in a reasonable time. Did a really thorough job getting our property leveled and d-rocked despite having many obstacles including our sprinkler system in the way. Highly recommend
