We have 8 acres in Victor. It was heavily covered in dense brush to where you could hardly walk through it. Steven listened to my husband’s vision, took it and carved a beautiful, long driveway, just like an artist would carve a magnificent piece of art. He respected my husbands wishes, was easy for him to work with, not just in communicating but physically working side by side with him and has become more of a friend than a contractor. We currently live in Tennessee, Steven has continued to help us with things that need tending to on the property when we can't be there. He is always helpful with advice and information when needed. Steven did a great job contracting the installation of a fence around our acre of property. He went out of his way to make sure we were 100% happy with how the project turned out. He has a great attention to detail and leaves no stone unturned. My previous experience trying to find someone to run projects has been full of headaches and I am so grateful to now have Steven at Marlene LLC from here on out for future projects. During the fence installation I had an urgent need to dig up the pipes at my wellhead that had sprung a leak and Steven was more than willing to do the work. He got the job done within a week of me asking about it, I couldn't ask for better.
