I called to see if they sell used appliances she said nah just like that and than I asked if they only repair and she just hung up on me bad customer service no wonder you are a 3 star rate you need better people working for you 8/27/ 2025 9:30am
Worst buying experience. I bought an electric cooking range whose size/dimension did not fit to replace an old cooking range. The returned electric range was still intact in the original box, the way it was during pick up. Although I mentioned to the salesperson that if it does not fit, I was going to return it to the store for a full refund but one of the supervisors, a lady I never met or spoke to, insisted I was going to pay a restocking fee of 20%. Certainly, I will not recommend this store to anyone I know.
Andy my installer gave me superb service!!! He set up my new washer and dryer and leveled them both for optimal use. Additionally, he was careful not to hit walls and doors when bringing my appliances into my home. Employees of this caliber are extremely rare. Joseph my salesman made my purchase super easy, did everything over the phone. I didn’t even have to go into the store.

We have been buying our major appliances here for nearly 20 years. The salesmen (salespeople?) are knowledgeable, helpful and Not Pushy! They do charge for delivery and installation. They also take care of you after the sale. I had an issue with a 10 months new clothes washer. I couldn't find the receipt, but when I called, they took care of everything and my washer was fixed in 24 hours! We keep coming back for a reason!
