Glenda and Lisa at FBS were amazing to work with - from day 1 all the way through delivery, installation, and even questions after the sale. I simultaneously bought an appliance through Ferguson (FBS didn't offer the brand) and it was HORRIBLE service - from day 1 all the way through delivery. I would NEVER do business with Ferguson again unless I had to and I'd absolutely do business with FBS/Glenda/Lisa.
My customer bought a stove, vent hood and they installed perfectly fine! Love the work and the appliances!
Where do I start... Thanks to Factory Builder.. And a big thanks to Lisa a family now has fantastic working kitchen appliances for the first time ever. As far as I'm concerned the best thing you can ever do is support the top quality companies that also support or community.
