Albert is a fantastic repairman! He was extremely kind and polite throughout the service. His work was very thorough and professional. He explained the problem clearly, fixed it efficiently, and left everything clean. I highly recommend him for his excellent service and friendly attitude.

Albert was very great. He takes time to find the problem and explain to me very well. He also gave me a lots of information about the product and how to maintain well the appliances. I finally got my freezer work again. I do recommend Arrow appliance repair. Thank you

Dianne Rumfield

Albert was able to “save” my oven and saved me a huge expense. He explained everything he was doing, and told me how to troubleshoot if the incident happens again so I can get a little longer life out of the oven. I will definitely be calling Arrow when I need repairs to other appliances in the future.
