Albert was very great. He takes time to find the problem and explain to me very well. He also gave me a lots of information about the product and how to maintain well the appliances. I finally got my freezer work again. I do recommend Arrow appliance repair. Thank you

I had a great experience with Albert repairing a washing machine with repairs covered by home warranty. Scheduling for the evaluation and replacement/repair both went quickly. Replacement parts were ordered and arrived as expected. Lid lock and suspension springs replaced quickly, and he was happy to accommodate different price points, advising on the relative importance of different repairs. It was a relatively quick job and my first time working with Arrow, but I was totally satisfied.

Albert was able to “save” my oven and saved me a huge expense. He explained everything he was doing, and told me how to troubleshoot if the incident happens again so I can get a little longer life out of the oven. I will definitely be calling Arrow when I need repairs to other appliances in the future.

It's rare I take the time to write reviews, but I thought I had to because of the absolute quality of service we received from Arrow Appliance. Albert, our technician was competent and friendly. After diagnosing the issue with our Thermador oven, he explained to us what exactly was wrong. He went above and beyond by taking the control board with him to see if he could repair it, so hopefully we would not have to buy a new oven. He brought it back the next day, reinstalled it, and it worked! He saved us from having to buy a new oven. I highly recommend Arrow and if you ask for Albert, you will not be disappointed.

Albert is a fantastic repairman! He was extremely kind and polite throughout the service. His work was very thorough and professional. He explained the problem clearly, fixed it efficiently, and left everything clean. I highly recommend him for his excellent service and friendly attitude.
