Smart Squad Security

Been a loyal customer for 3 years. Business is closing and they refuse to cancel my service. I am left with having to do a credit card charge back. They give me the run around for hours and claim they aren't able to cancel my service. Extremely disappointed in the lack of respect for my time and money. BEWARE OF SIGNING UP WITH THIS COMANY. I am going to report to BBB, Yelp, state attorney general. Hopefully they learn how to treat people.

Quinton and Justin were my installers. They did good work, and had better ideas for locations of sensors, than I. Quiting knew the system by heart and explained to me very well of it's usage. I am glad I used SmartSquad over ADT installers. SmartSquad is a great company, as a former owner of a security company, I am very pleased with how this company behaves in my home. Tom has done a great job choosing his employees. I highly recommend you call SmartSquad security if you are considering an alarm for Your house. The sales manager Alfred is kind, and is not a pushy salesman. He understands people are wary of sales people, so he approaches you in a soft, kind ,polite way, he answers questions in easy to understand words. The technician that installed our system was Alex, he was very kind and exceptionally informative! He even provided us with his personal number that if we have any questions or concerns about anything we can contact him, and he kept his word on that, has helped walk me through a few different system processed after installation! Alex really cares about his clients and he definitely provided a great impression for ADT! 100% would recommend to anybody needing security for their home! Thank you
