Spencer and Nate were wonderful. They arrived when they were scheduled, were very thorough in explaining my options, and efficient in making the needed repairs. They provided some additional recommendations but weren't pushy about it and didn't use any scare tactics to sell unneeded work. I also think this is the first company that I have used that didn't immediately go to "you need a new AC unit". Thank you for the great service!
I replaced my old AC system with Smart Heating & Cooling and I can't say enough good things about them. They did a fantastic job start to finish, punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I live in an older condo and had some odd electrical issues but they were able to troubleshoot and resolve that as well. Thank you to Ani and the entire staff. Highly recommend.
Spencer and his partner did a thorough job on our routine AC maintenance and patiently explained any issues. They were on time, professional and kept things clean. As a bonus, I learned some things about our unit. Communication surrounding the appointment from the company was easy and helpful.
John was kind, friendly and thorough. He inspected my AC system inside and out and educated me on proper maintenance and needed repairs. I verified his recommendations and will be using Smart going forward. Other companies just canceled on me or rescheduled last minute, likely because they couldn’t sell me a new system in the spot. After two such cancellations from a large local company I contacted John at Smart. Update: Had John out again and he replaced 2 UV bulbs and cleaned the outside unit. My dryer vent lint had clogged it pretty bad. Great job! Looks like new! Looking forward to the savings! Before and after pics below. Great price, excellent work!
