We had the best experience today with Trey with Harrington Air Conditioning. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great plumbing service. He took the time to listen to what we needed and took extra steps in making sure we were satisfied, which we very much are! The service tech Justin arrived the same day that we called with no “emergency “ charges. He inspected the ac system giving me a complete breakdown of the repair options. A very nice guy and I would recommend him!
The technicians that came out today, lead by Justin, were awesome! They were very quick, and informative, even though my air handler is in the attic. There wasn't an issue with my unit, except user error, but they were very thorough in checking everything. They were also very patient in answering all of my many questions, and understanding about my inconvenient requests, like shoe covers. They went above and beyond about informing me about my unit, and how to take care of it. I just moved and the unit, and their phone number came with the house. I was searching for an AC maintenance company, and cost was a main concern. I'm really glad I went with Harrington Air Conditioning. Thanks, again, guys!
I am the ex-wife of a VP HVAC man , our company had 80 employees and was well respected . In saying that, I would like to tell you that . Harrington Air Conditioning is one of the best, most professional, respectful, and caring team I have ever seen right next to ours. We had a complete new heating and air conditioning system replaced. No lying, no hidden fees, I didn’t have to hunt down the employees to find out where they were at. They did their job. They were quiet, they were in and out, they were clean. They cleaned up after they were finished and the job was simply amazing. My crew consisted of “Big” Jake, R&R ( Ralph and Ruben) and Trace who was the start up man. Simply amazing people I cannot brag enough about this company! I was completely informed and had everything programmed into my phone before Trace left. Thank You Harrington Air for making my life so easy today! I would like to remind everyone that no matter where you go… there is now TWO 6% tariffs on HVAC … so when you consider that… price was reasonable and fair!
