From the start, they were incredibly quick to respond and schedule our appointment, and make the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was their genuine care and kindness. They go above and beyond to ensure you're taken care of. Barry not only fixed the issue with impressive speed but also took the time to educate us about our water heater and maintenance tips. He patiently answered all our questions and even offered helpful suggestions to prevent future problems. The value for the service they provided was outstanding. While other companies tried to pile on extra charges such as permit fees, safety fees (anywhere from $400 to $900), removal and recycling fees, and even costly warranty upgrades, which I had to pull teeth to get them to disclose, I was going to end up paying $4,500 for a simple 50-gallon water heater. Barry kept everything straightforward and transparent. All of those costs were included in the price he quoted, and there were no surprises or hidden fees which is very important to me. Not only was the pricing fair, but the service was top-notch. Barry and his team were incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Barry and his team are amazing!! We had a mysterious leak in our basement and unfortunately, the plumber l've used for 6+ years was booked out for the next month and a half. Once I've built trust with someone, it's hard for me to find another service provider and I was a little panicked. Barry came to the rescue - he was super responsive and very attentive. He made himself readily available, answered all of my questions, and quickly offered solutions. What's more Barry's team is also incredible and worked very quickly to fix the problem. Everyone at Big Sky is kind and provides exceptional work. I cannot recommend this company enough for all water heater servicing needs!

Big Sky Water Heaters came to my rescue again and I couldn’t be happier with their quick response! My water heater was leaking and I called and talked to Barry about what could be wrong. We tried to troubleshoot a little over the phone, but I needed more help, and was able to send someone out the same day! I bought it from them a while back (about 6 months ago or so) and the quality of service they provided made definitely made me call again when something was wrong.
