Fantastic experience. Newer to the area, and when the dryer suddenly quit working, we didn't know who to call. Reviews for Smart Appliance Repair directed us in their direction. They were able to come out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and explained what was needed. Very up front with cost, and fair in their pricing. Part was ordered, and we are back and running in just a matter of days. Greg was awesome and explained everything that was happening. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. This will be my Go to for appliance repair from now on! GREG is the man! He took the time and explained why my freezer was doing what it was doing and took some advice from him and surely enough he was correct! Give this guy a raise he deserves it, very nice and personable as well.

Smart Appliance Repair was awesome! Called them with an emergency refrigerator leak from the back of the ice maker unit and they fit us in the next day AND repaired the issue quickly. Greg was awesome and explained everything to us as he was diagnosing the problem. He fixed the issue and charged us the diagnostic fee only since he fixed it within the diagnostic timeframe! I will definitely use this company for any appliance repairs at my home! Excellent experience and very professional staff from the first phone call to get an estimate to the actual repair! Thank you!

5-star service certified. I will definitely use this company for all my appliance repairs in the future. Our appliance technician was Greg and I can’t say enough about him other than to give him absolutely rave, reviews. He was timely, courteous, honest, up front, knowledgeable and had no problem, explaining everything to me, even though I have a very novice understanding of appliances. I appreciate that I got appointment reminder texts and also the scheduler went out of her way to let me know when he was on his way so I could make sure to put the dogs away and be on time.
