Guys are slooooow, they gave me a false estimated completion date I say that because they told me “Oh it’ll most likely be done tomorrow we’ll call you in the afternoon.” Then they closed for 3 days for Nov. Holidays. UPDATE—— Word is there equipment needed replacing and it took a bit for the tools to ship over, they were really chill when I stopped in CJs informative and it was communicated that they're backed up because of this. Customer service here is really good. Just unfortunately its taken a month to repair my console.

having a laptop emergency as my hinge is dangling off and thought maybe this place could help me, tried calling, no one picked up, I emailed, no one answered, showed up today at 8:05, normal open hrs 8-7 Mon-Fri like it says on there sign and its still closed, went to there facebook to see if they are closed to catch up on anything and nope, its 08:21 am and still closed. Won't even try this place again, inconsistent open times, lack of communication, waste of gas coming here. Keep in mind this isnt the only attempt I made. Before anyone jumps on and say I didnt try. Had a similar issue months ago.

I contacted somebody else Tri-Cities by the way, did a great job absolutely wonderful kid does this with his eyes closed in his sleep with his hands, tied behind his back after school program Said he’s already done 100 this year so he informed me that it can be done within an hour and cj refused to compensate me for my time this place is an absolute joke the reviews they’re absolutely right and then it responds by blaming the customer. The proof is in the pudding, bro you act like you’re better than people and you forget you’re in a small town where the word of mouth is everything you used profanity and acted completely inappropriate for a professional establishment. You guys couldn’t leave a voicemail. People have lives and you need to understand that treat your customers better do better your business owner act like it.
