Outstandingly great service, the business is orchestrated by Lucy Roberts, the MD, who tightly oversees all of the administration, the sales side, the ordering of Velux parts, and the accounting. The senior fitter (Albi) showed complete capability and the new replacement blind we had ordered was fitted within 20 minutes. We have no hesitation in recommending them; it is a pleasure to do so.
Just had 2 Velux windows replaced by the team at Skylight and honestly after quite a few weeks searching for a company to help us with the replacement and I can confirm that we definitely chose the best company. The level of communication between us and them (Lucy) was amazing and very transparent. Perfect work without any faults. They left our house cleaned after and the job was done very quickly and thoroughly. Definitely recommend.
Very efficient and professional company. Excellent communication from start to finish from Lucy the managing director. Everything happened on time despite a supply problem out of their control which Lucy immediately sorted. 3 Velux windows were fitted on the date arranged, brilliant work by the installers, no mess and no loud radios! This is the fourth replacement Velux (battery powered operating window and battery operated blackout blind) they’ve done for us in the last couple of years. They’ve done a fantastic job every time. All work done swiftly and with a spotless finish. Superb all round.
Skylight just replaced (April 25) one of my Velux Windows. Fantastic service, contractors kept me updated all the way, clean and tidy workmanship throughout. Big thanks to Lucy, who provided full communication throughout the project, a fair and reasonable quotation from a very reliable professional company. Will definitely be using again once 2nd window needs replacing.
