Jean, very polite, organised and clean, arrived as arranged and did an excellent service, explaining anything he felt I should be aware of, and discussing my options such as temperature adjustments. Octopus energy needed to check the boiler a few days later when replacing my meter. They also commented on what a good job had been done. Their advice - book him again, he’s good.
I can’t thank this company and engineer enough. I just moved into my flat and needed help with my boiler. They came quickly, helped on day and ran through all options for improvement with me so I understood in full. Trustworthy. Will be using them in future.

Excellent service! I highly recommend this guy, and will be using him again. I telephoned and got a very quick visit, and quote to repair my combi boiler and we agreed the cost, which was very reasonable! Jean went off to get the parts to repair & service my boiler and did it the very same day. I felt he earned every penny he quoted, and felt he went beyond th call of duty for me, and am very happy with his service's and workmanship, thank you JH. Shaun/Silverhill
Came home Friday evening and every time the boiler switched on it tripped the electrics. Called Jean. He was on site within a couple of hours and fixed it. Absolutely exceptional service. Nothing was to much trouble. Very knowledgeable and friendly and competitively priced. Would definitely recommend.
