Well, this is kind of an interesting review. To start with my husband, Michael Pritchard brought his vehicle in because it would not start and he ended up having to have two new batteries. The day after I had a message coming on mine so my husband suggested I take mine into Scott’s also. I was supposed to leave for Minnesota That morning to spend Christmas with my daughter‘s family and they went above and beyond to work my vehicle in. I ended up having to have a new battery too. Neither one of us had a car so Jason gave me a ride home and then when they got both vehicles finished, Jason picked Mike and I back up to get our vehicles because we had no way to get there. It was exceptional service and so many caring friendly people…..Pam, Dustin and Jason were awesome! Thank you for your great service! Melissa Kain

Had taken our car to a different shop but the work that ended up needing to be done was outside of their ability. Have known about Scott’s forever and I knew they could solve the issue. Car was diagnosed, Was decided car needed new engine. Pam sent me updated progress notes and advised what was being done. Went to pick up the car, Pam advised us on some future work that should be done and released the car. Car drives 100% better than it did when we purchased it. Very happy and extremely satisfied. Would not hesitate going to Scott’s for future needs.
