I have been coming here for 8 years now. I have been endlessly impressed with Chris and his team. They communicate effectively, work quickly, and have never once tried to upsell me or sell me something my car doesn't need. Chris is always courteous and helpful when I ask him to explain the work, and never talks down to me. I wish more shops had their customer service and work ethic!
My wife and I were traveling across Iowa for the holidays when our drivers side window came down and wouldn’t roll up. We looked them up and they were able to get the window back up and fixed well enough for us to continue on our trip. They didn’t charge us a thing. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
I've taken all of my vehicles over the years to Iowa Auto Repair. Chris and his team are always great to work with. They quickly diagnose and fix just the problem without doing the typical, "and look at all these other things I'm charging you for" nonsense. If it is critical, of course Chris will call me and go over the situation in a very professional manner. I've never had a bad experience with this company in decades.
Chris and his team did an absolutely incredible job repairing my car when 2 other dealerships couldn't diagnose/repair the problem with my vehicle. Iowa Auto Repair took the time to properly diagnose and repair at a very fair price! I was even allowed to use their loaner vehicle since we are a one car family. I cannot emphasize how wonderful it is to finally feel SAFE and comfortable in my older used car. It was a delight to work with Chris, his professionalism gets an A+ in my book. Thank you!
