Morris Pohl did an excellent job in constructing a new foundation for an 1830 house in Allen, Maryland owned by the Allen Historical Society. While the house was temporarily lifted by a house moving company, he built a new foundation that consists of three courses of concrete block supported by a poured concrete footing with rebar, and included adding an access door and vents. The cost was very reasonable and Morris completed the project within the desired schedule despite having to cope with some very cold winter weather conditions. I highly recommend him.
