Excellent Job! I was a little apprehensive about getting my screen repaired but Shepard Computer Services did a fantastic job in a little under the time they quoted. For the price, I couldn't have expected better and my screen looks perfect to this day.

I went to this place shortly before this school year began so I could see if my son's computer could be repaired. To be fair, it was an off brand computer, but it had what he needed for school. I was speaking with a lady there and she said she could repair it but it would take a while as she had to order the parts. She offered to sell me a second hand computer and I agreed. If you want professionalism, courtesy, know-how, old fashioned consideration, and just a really friendly and competent family business, come here. They had my problem fixed in less than 10 minutes and spent the rest of the time chatting with me like I was an old friend. Thanks guys!!

I went here to get my viruses cleaned. They did a very good job and my computer works good as new. The only thing I disliked was the service they had a child working in the front who seemed like he didn't know a thing. I don't believe he had ever worked in customer service before. Also when I called to ask if my computer was finished a very rude woman answered sucking her teeth, she had a horrible attitude and wasn't very helpful at all. However they have good deals and do a good job on fixing pretty much any computer problem.
