The tech was excellent. Very professional and treated me with respect. He deserves 10 stars. I had called Homeserve and reported that my water tank had burst the night before. They contacted Mr. Rooter who responded the next morning. I have a policy with Homeserve, however they stated it only covers repairs, not replacement. I had limited options and Paid over $2800.00. This covered a new heater, pressure expansion tank and dispatch fee, along with the replacement of a shutoff valve that I requested. As a senior citizen and a veteran, I thought the total price was outrageous.
