Excellent service! They bumped us up on the schedule because we were totally without hot water! Repaired our hot water heater by simply replacing a blown fuse instead of trying to sell us a new expensive water heater like another company tried to do. I think these guys are very fair and honest and we’ll definitely be using them in the future!

Freddie was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable, and by the time he was leaving, it felt like we had known him for years. We had no heat when we got up on the coldest morning yet, we called and he was there in an hour. He was able to diagnose the issue and had the parts with him. We had heat within that hour. I've been a customer of Sgt Paul's for many years now and have always received top notch service. Today I woke up to no AC, called their office and was able to schedule an appt for the same day. Freddie came out and had the unit up and running again in no time. After checking the unit, he let me know the cost, which I thought was very reasonable, before he did the repairs.
