Called and spoke with the manager, Sarah, about my vacuum before dropping it off. Was assured they were familiar with the brand and could service it. Shortly after dropping it off, I received nonsensical text messages that highlighted they were not actually familiar with this machine and could not even figure out how to turn it on! I should have immediately picked it up, citing their incompetence. Eventually I received another text message that it needed a part they “didn’t have a source for” but I “could buy off eBay”. I had to call several times to find out if it was ready, and had a gem of a conversation with Jennifer who was very rude and engaged in a spat with the service manager while on the call with me. At that time, I picked up the machine and paid a bogus charge of $30 for them to have “examined it”. I immediately noticed my vacuum was damaged while in their care, but I have zero confidence in their ability to repair or rectify the situation and just left anyway. I am now needing to replace what was faulty to begin with as well as what they broke! This place is deceitful and unprofessional from the top down! Avoid trusting your expensive machines to them!
