I was very impressed by how responsive A-One was to our situation. When the technician, Billy, arrived he was professional, thorough, and informative. Unlike many other repair companies, I didn’t feel like Billy was trying to sell me a part or service I didn’t need just to increase the service call. If you're looking for a knowledgeable appliance repair company with an honest approach this is the one.
I highly recommend this company. They were affordable, knowledgeable, and professional (bonus points for being personable and courteous). We have had our Samsung washer for less than 2 years and it suddenly stopped working. We called multiple other companies in the Louisville area and none of them would service Samsung washers. Luckily I found A-one and they service every major brand. They showed up within the scheduled window (and even called ahead to let me know) and had the situation entirely resolved within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable, the communication was excellent, the technician was able to clearly explain the problem and how it was resolved without trying to upsell — all in all, a very easy and transparent process. Will definitely call them again the next time an appliance breaks!
I highly recommend A One appliance for expert repair of appliance. My refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday, I called and spoke to a very nice lady, her son, Bill came out that afternoon. He diagnosed the issue And made a temporary fix to make it work until Monday, when he could come and make the permanent fix. He successfully repaired my refrigerator, and saved me from having to buy a new one. Bill is very knowledgeable, experienced, honest and can be trusted to charge a fair and reasonable price...this is rare nowadays.
Just had Bill come repair my washer (pump went bad & a valve was starting to go too). He diagnosed it quickly and came back the next day with the required parts (brand parts too, not generic) to fix. He's the only one we call when our appliances go out. He's been able to fix every one so far and he's always been polite and fair. He'll even let you know when it's not worth it to fix. Highly recommend!
Wonderful work. Had my dishwasher fixed awhile back and had these guys do it. Told me it was just a quick fix, that it was. Pretty affordable too. Thanks for the quick work and adorable pricing. I’ll be using you guys every time if I have an appliance issue
