I left a 5 star review about a year ago after I had brought an engagement ring here. I am leaving this review today to express my frustrations about the lack of care put into resizing this ring. It originally belonged to my partners late mother. For this reason, it was very sentimental and I had said so to the man who helped me that day. My fiance noticed that there was an area of the ring that was a bit curved and much thinner than the rest of the ring. The prongs were weak and the diamonds were able to be spun in its spot. The times I had tried to call, no one picked up then when I tried to go to the store in person, it was closed. We decided we were better off looking for a different jeweler. They ended up having to rebuild the ring entirely. To say I’m upset is an understatement

Highly recommend this jewel of a jeweler! My engagement ring had weakened prongs and I lost (and found!) diamonds that fell out within months of each other. I brought the ring to Sevan hoping to repair or change prongs, and the owner was honest that it couldn’t be repaired as I wanted. We settled on redoing the ring as there were too many broken prongs, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. The ring looks better than I ever dreamed, and the price was fair and transparent. My mother was so impressed, she redid her ring, and now my sister is remaking a ring that belonged to our great grandmother.
