He communicated every step of the process clearly, explaining what he was doing and what to expect next, which made everything stress-free. They were always respectful, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. ***update**** in response to serve pro claiming I’m not their clients. My business was their client and my landlord handled it. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves of their handiwork. We had an extremely disappointing experience with SERVPRO of Winston-Salem at our business. The project was poorly managed from start to finish. At one point, the job went two and half full weeks with no one on site, with little to no Communication. When work was finally completed, the quality was shoddy at best and 2 weeks past the original day given. Doors do not close properly and the mess they left behind was unreal. The workmanship did not meet professional standards and left us questioning whether proper procedures were followed at all. For a company that presents itself as a restoration professional, the results fell far short of expectations. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary stress, lost time, and disruption to our business. Based on our experience, we would not recommend SERVPRO of Winston-Salem for commercial work. As a response to Ashley‘s comment under my review, this is the correct Servpro. I’ve spoke with her twice now, so beware I’ve served pro of Winston-Salem. They are awful.
