Excellent customer service. Less than 3-4 hours Tyler was out here to take care of our water heater that spilled water everywhere. Our agent recommended him and his team at Rainbow. We are a part of Home Comfort Club at a local plumbing company that spoke highly of him as well. We are 78 and are happy that there are honest folks in our area taking care of us in our time of need! We highly recommend!
They came out even though the roads were covered in snow and quickly got to work drying our home out after a leak. Sam, Andrew, and Tyler were so nice and helpful - would definitely recommend. (Our dog is even enjoying the dehumidifiers!)
Tyler provided absolutely outstanding service! I am a tenant and we had a hot water heater malfunction that caused water damage in our kitchen and these guys responded immediately. They extracted all the water, removed the damaged cabinents and they even braced the sink so we could still use it, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. They are professional, fast, and genuinely caring about the homeowner... you don’t find that often anymore. I highly recommend them to anyone needing restoration or emergency repair work!
The Rainbow team did a phenomenal job for us from start to finish. Sam, our Project Leader, was on-time for every agreed upon appointment. Sam was also extremely flexible to work with when we requested a scheduling change and was always respectful and friendly. Regarding the physical work we needed completed: we had some water and mold damage behind our drywall in our bathroom. They removed the damaged drywall, treated the mold, replaced the damaged drywall, and repainted the entire bathroom in a span of a few days. The finished work looks awesome and we couldn’t be happier!
