Jason has been a great person to work with. A lot of what he has done has been great. Most of what he’s done has helped in finally getting work done. We face many obstacles when dealing with my mom’s insurance company and them dragging their feet in paying for what they should have been paying for. I appreciate Jason for sticking in there and his relentlessness in satisfying our needs and not the insurance company’s needs. Thank you Jason and remain resilient for your customers.

I’d like to thank ServPro for doing a great job helping us remove mold from our home. Our upstairs bathroom was leaking to the basement bathroom and the drywall soaked up all water and a lot of mold grew. I believe the mold lowered our immune systems and made us all sick very often. From the moment I called ServPro Trish did a great job coordinating the job site teams. Don was super amazing and listened to every detail of concern. He communicated very well with his team which included Devon, Ryan, Zach, and Jesse. Matt did a great job reconstructing my kitchen sink. I would say the whole team at ServPro did fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone, however Don and Ryan really stood out with their customer service and work ethic. Thank you guys so much! When I heard the water alert in our basement at 2:30 am, I knew we were in trouble. Most of our basement was flooded. I called ServPro and they sent a team out of the Kearney Office. Derek, Don, Cindy, and Evan came into our home and worked like they were in their very own homes. If you need water extraction, don't waste your time on other Restoration Service Companies.
