Be aware of this place. To replace tire on trailer (we did have spare tire) the charge 120$. Mount and dismount + labor for this guys its totally different things. So the did charge us for mount and dismount 40$ and labor 67$ (pus taxes fees tools). That's what they do in this area. Never will come back and NOT recommend this "guys" for anything. Just to put spare tire 120$. Imagine if you need something bigger that that. They will brush you off with the price.
On a long road trip and while traveling through Nebraska we had a low tire pressure alert. After a recommendation from Jax Grill, we went to Eagle Eye tire. Seth was fantastic. He found and patched our leak and had us on our way - before leaving, I asked how much we owed. Seth said “nothing” and was adamant about not taking any compensation for his time. His remark was simply “I hope if I get stranded someone will do the same for me.” That is customer service at its best and a great motto to live by. Seth, thank you for getting us back on the road and helping us to finish a fantastic vacation!
Blew a tire on trailer and it tore several air lines off early morning. Pulled in there lot and waited for them to open. They showed up on time and promptly went to work on it. Had a great mechanic work on it and there was no quit in that guy, it was a mess but he got it figured out and fixed it up. Great people there and very friendly.
Radiator busted on the freightliner around the corner on I80 at 4am. Parked in there lot was greeted first thing in the morning. Was back on the road at 3pm. Great service. Great people. Great price. The place to go!
We had the unfortunate experience of blown wheel bearings on our RV while traveling through Kearney. Since our chassis is commercially built, it was difficult to find someone to help us with repairs. Eagle Eye was referred to us by another repair company in town and we are so grateful! Within an hour of contacting them, there were two technicians on site to evaluate our damages. The parts were ordered and once received, they had us back on the road quickly. Professionalism is SO important, and compassion and understanding is a wonderful bonus. They were such a pleasant company to work with through this bad experience. They managed the whole situation perfectly. We are thankful they were there for us, and we highly recommend them!
