Aleks is an amazing, experienced craftsman and fun to work with. We had a leak at the base of our upstairs toilet. Aleks pulled the toilet, then gave me a couple weeks to do my demolition. He then returned to check on the existing toilet flange and pipe prior to my reconstruction of the area. A week later he came back exactly when he said he would to rebuild and reset the toilet in time for the holidays. He went the extra mile at every level, helping me find replacement parts for the toilet tank and even replacing my toilet flush handle while he was here, even though we had not discussed this prior to his arrival. He also replaced copper pipe downstairs which is now beautiful and functional. A miracle of repair! I am very happy with his work. It's reassuring to know there are still working craftsmen who are so capable and easy to work with. But wait -- there's more. The communication from Yvette in the main office was also superb. She kept me well-informed all the way through and was patient with me on the phone and by text. Bottom line: I highly recommend Aleks, Yvette and the entire Service Plus Plumbing team!
