I have been a property manager for 3 years and I LOVE Service First and their entire crew. One of the owners Lee, is wonderful to deal with. He discusses all the things that will be needed to complete a job and gives you a FREE estimate on the cost. There were 2 incidences where I had a fairly large water problem and they were out there that morning first thing and his crew was on top of everything, got it prepped and ready for the blowers to dry out in an hour to an hour and a half. Very efficient, courteous, and very professional. Service First is my First call for anything, carpet or restoration. Thank you and I give you a *****+ rating.

We had a fire in our home on February 21, 2018, and secured the services of Service First for our restoration. Among many other repairs, walls and ceilings had to be torn out and rebuilt, hardwood floors refinished, plumbing and electrical were updated and a wood burning fireplace replaced with a gas insert. Moving back home five months later was a major undertaking, with hundreds of boxes with personal belongings needing to be unpacked. Monica and Wendy were an invaluable help in this process. Lee and his crew were amazing to work with. They kept us informed as the restoration progressed, and always treated us with kindness and respect. Service First will always be our "go to" if we are in need of restoration or cleaning services. They helped us in our time of need, and we are blessed to be back in and enjoying our restored and improved home. Our heartfelt thanks to Lee and his crew!
