We had a fire and needed furniture and a bed , neither store would sell the floor models of the living room furniture unless it was on clearance . I have limited space right now so I was very limited on what I could purchase , that was very disappointing. Tylina, was the sales rep that sold me the bed and was very helpful that day and I do love the bed, but am very disappointed in management for not wanting to budge, as their corporate office said it is the policy not to sell floor models but it is up to a manger off they want to.

I walked into this furniture store thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. Shauna politely listened, nodded, and then proceeded to actually help me—asking the right questions and never once making me feel rushed or pressured. She was patient, knowledgeable, and somehow managed to make furniture shopping feel… enjoyable? Suspicious, honestly. The real plot twist: she upsold me on a piece of furniture I wasn’t even looking for—and she was 100% right. I now own something I didn’t plan on buying and somehow can’t imagine my home without it. That’s talent. Shauna was attentive, funny, and clearly knows her stuff. It felt less like a sales pitch and more like having a very well-informed friend who wants your house to look better than everyone else’s. I’m thrilled with my purchase and will absolutely be back soon to buy more furniture (and probably be convinced to buy things I didn’t know I needed). If you’re shopping here, do yourself a favor and ask for Shauna. Your living space will thank you.

We went shopping for a bedroom set today and Ryan helped us through all the different price ranges seeing what would be quality and what wouldn't. We settled on a mattress and frame today so we can have one big enough tonight for the whole family. The facility has a welcome home type feeling. Everyone works together to make sure all customers feel valued and work with the technicalities on all circumstances. We definitely will be ordering a nice dining and bedroom set here soon!
