Update 02/20/2025 Update 09/15/2025 Princeton Allen serviced my AC unit for proper operation. He cleaned the coils, made sure all was working properly. He also reinstalled my wi fi to operate my thermostat from anywhere I might be located to set my temperature to my desired temperature. Good friendly professional service. Update 09/15/2025 Service Air Eastern Shore Inc, Derrick arrived this morning as scheduled on time, and immediately began my annual service check. He found my AC/heating system working perfectly. Derrick was very kind, respectful, professional and completed the inspection throughly. If you folks need a reliable, professional, on time company to take care of your AC unit needs, contact this Company. You won't be disappointed!! Today I needed my home air/furnace serviced it had gone on vacation without my prior approval. I called Service Air. I have used this company prior to today, with great results. Today ALEX MORENO and Matt came to my rescue , they checked out the sysyem and recommended the old 11 yr unit be replaced. I trust this company, since I have used them in the past 2 years for servicing. The entire staff at Service Air including the receptionists who answer the phones(kathy) are really great in understanding and scheduling the services. Their service was excellent! All staff were kind, very professional, and respectful. If you need your air/heating unit serviced, you can't go wrong using this company. The company has excellent people, beginning the moment they answer the phone! One can judge a company by the way the customer service person answers the phone. They make you feel special right off the bat. Try them, you won't be disapointed! JB. Today 8/16/24 I had the installation of my new air/ heating unit. The crew showed up on time as scheduled lead by Jeremy Starling. They went to work immediately removing the old unit, and installing the new unit. The entire crew were kind, respectful and worked in unison to complete the installation. R&R required some changes and remove of openings to accommodate the new more efficient smaller outside unit, and removal to provide space for the blower inside. Before anything began, the floor was covered so as to keep debris from collecting on the floor. The crew upon finishing the project, vacuumed the floor and work areas everywhere. The crew went out of their way to be sure all areas were cleaned, and also gathered up the old unit and hauled away. Jeremy sat down with me and described the controls, and showed me how I could operate the controls no matter where I was at the time by wifi. The entire installation and completion went smoothly and efficiently.. I would highly recommend you use Service Air for your heating and cooling system. The entire process was handled professional from the beginning, starting with Kathy in the office, and the entire crew with Jeremy and his crew. Thank you Service Air for having great employees who care from start to finish.
