Administrative assistant tried to make my account pay for an earlier spring inspection in November because “it was already paid for” when the stated appointment wasn’t confirmed with me. If even the company spokesperson’s assertion was that they tried to reach me though unconfirmed, ( which I question) the appointment should have been rescheduled for a spring appointment later the next spring. . This confusion in the home office administration has happened in past when administration did not either come on day it was scheduled because some issue of the tech, or the administration placed the inspection far too late to have a machine prope... If even the company spokesperson’s assertion was that they tried to reach me though unconfirmed, ( which I question) the appointment should have been rescheduled for a spring appointment later the next spring. . This confusion in the home office administration has happened in past when administration did not either come on day it was scheduled because some issue of the tech, or the administration placed the inspection far too late to have a machine properly examined within the season it should have been scheduled. There’s poor coordination with the administrator to leave messages. One also has to request for a receipt that work occurred. This AC inspection so late in November should be carried over to next spring but administrator in office tried to conduct it after techs were told not to. Techs were told to conduct an inspection by administrator while I was disputing this late inspection.

Greg and his installing crew did an excellent job with our replacement system. They were constantly in motion, finishing a half day earlier than expected. I have had the pleasure of doing business with Seruntine Refrigeration since 1973. They’ve always done excellent work at a reasonable cost. I believe they are the best in New Orleans.
