Extremely happy customer! Our technician was Lucas and we will most definitely be requesting him, if we have any other issues with our septic! He was very polite and explained everything he was doing, even spoke to my husband over the phone and explained it to him as well. Thank you so much septic blue and Lucas!
Our technician Lucas Powell arrived on time. He asked questions about our system then went right into trouble shooting the situation. Explained my situation thoroughly and gave us a estimate along with pros and cons. He never forced any work on us. We did all recommended work. Lucas did an amazing job and he didn't leave us with anything to clean up. I already recommended this company to my neighbor.
