Master Rooter did an outstanding job. Steven was on-site within 2 hours, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before starting. They dug up our 1,500-gallon tank, replaced damaged baffles, fully pumped it out, and properly cleaned and sanitized ii. They also installed risers to make future maintenance easier. The work was efficient, done right the first time, and the area was left in great shape. As a veteran, I truly appreciated the generous military discount. Extremely frustrating and stressful experience. I contacted this company specifically for a septic pumping. Instead, the technician dug up my yard, opened a lid that had never been accessed before, broke it, replaced it, and then refused to perform the pumping unless I agreed to a $2,000 repair. After disturbing my property, leaving a large dirt patch in the lawn, and creating more mess than there was before, nothing was actually fixed. No pumping was done. No temporary solution was offered. No camera inspection. No attempt to help within my budget. I was left with damage to my yard, a system that was not serviced at all, and a situation that forced me to cancel work plans and stay home to deal with the problem and wait for another company. When you call someone for help and end up worse than before, that’s unacceptable. Septic systems can be complex, but this was handled poorly from start to finish. I would not recommend this company based on how this situation was managed.
