If I can give no stars I would. absolutely horrible customer service. And to top it off they had upped the price 3 different times. Each time higher and higher when I showed up to pick up my vehicle it was even high than what I was told over the phone. My vehicle had over. Half tank of gas and it was on empty with zero miles to E when picked up. The mechanic had called and told me that my motor was messed up because they didn't even have the right tool to fix it then proceeds to call me the very next day and tells me the car is ready..... When the car was returned I found that my lug nuts were completely stripped other nuts were stripped and the job was done very poorly. Also they charged me for shop supplies whatever that means and that's not for the part. If anyone needs a vehicle looked at or fixed I would streer clear from this place and go anywhere else.... For being a family owed shop you think they would have more pride in what they do.
